VERAX – Fulfillment & Refund Policy

VERAX operates on a limited, made-to-order model. Production begins only after the shop closes.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment after the drop ends. Shipping time is separate from production time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• No refunds.

• No cancellations.

• No order modifications once placed.

• No exchanges unless item is defective.

Each VERAX piece is produced intentionally and specifically for the customer. We do not mass produce or hold excess inventory.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof. If approved, a replacement will be issued.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Chargebacks or payment disputes for clearly stated production timelines will be formally contested. By completing your purchase, you agree to the stated fulfillment timeframe.
