Shipping and delivery

OVERVIEW


VERAX operates on a limited, made-to-order release model. Each piece is constructed intentionally after the shop closes. We do not mass produce or hold excess inventory.




PRODUCTION TIME


All items require 4–6 weeks for production after the drop closes. Shipping time is separate from production time.


Please do not order if you are unable to wait the stated timeframe.




SHIPPING


Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.


VERAX is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.




Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct before completing purchase.




NO REFUNDS / NO CANCELLATIONS


All sales are final.


No refunds.


No cancellations.


No order modifications once placed.




Orders cannot be changed after checkout due to our made-to-order production structure.




DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo proof. If approved, a replacement will be issued.




SIZING


Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before purchasing. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of VERAX pieces, we are not responsible for improper fit caused by incorrect size selection.




DROPS & LIMITED RELEASES


Items may not restock once a drop closes. Availability is not guaranteed.




FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS


Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for clearly stated policies and production timelines will be formally contested with supporting documentation.
